Hummingbird
is a hot, sweet and sticky sauce that is wonderful with
fish, poultry, meat and gives noodles an Asian flair. It
can also be used as a glaze for ham or duck or as a a dipping
sauce for wontons and pancakes.
Brush
it on fish and place it under the grill, use it as a marinade
for beef or chicken skewers, or brush it on BBQ ribs for
a hot and sweet flavour.
Ideal with seafood we love to have it with fresh scallops
and crab cakes.
