Vodka
INGREDIENTS:
One bottle of vodka Approximately 3 whole bird eye chillies
METHOD:
Cut stalks off the chillies and discard. Add whole chillies to bottle
of vodka (you will need to pour some of the liquid out first). Ensure
lid is firmly closed, leave for about a week as above. This makes a fantastic
Bloody Mary (see below).
